Here we are, just two weeks from Helm Conference 2023 – where has the time gone? I’ve been neck-deep in planning, so it’s nice to come up from air and see how far we’ve come. First, let me share some big news: this Helm Conference is unequivocally going to be the biggest one yet. Last year, we had 100 attendees (our highest turnout ever). This year, we still have two weeks to go, and we are already at more than 150 registrants! That’s over 150 industry professionals that are going to advance their Helm CONNECT knowledge while learning from each other and having a great time to boot – amazing!
Speaking of having a great time, I wanted to announce what our Evening Event is this year. After a long day of sessions and learning, what better way to let loose and relax than with some old school fun? In a night dubbed “Neon Nostalgia”, we’re going to an arcade bar! On Wednesday evening, we’re going to kick back by kicking butt at Glitch Bar, a popular arcade bar with style to spare. Filled with retro and indie arcade games drenched in a vintage aesthetic, Glitch Bar will turn back the clock while also putting a smile on your face. We’ll have plenty of food and drinks and maybe even a few prizes, so all you have to do is make sure you catch the bus!
Now I’ve got to get back to putting the final touches on everything. That includes making sure things look great, fine-tuning our content to make the most impact and selecting some seriously tasty food! Before that, I wanted to give you a sneak peek at the special Helm Conference socks. We really went all-out for this one, so I hope you like them.
