Agenda
Day 1
Oct 20
8:30 am - late into the night
Welcome to Helm Conference 2026. Day 1 is Helm Day, and we've got a lot of water to cover. You'll hear about what we've shipped since we saw you last, where the product is headed next, and a straight answer on what AI actually does for a maritime operation, directly from our leadership team.
Then we're doing something new. The Helm Science Fair takes over the afternoon: hands-on stations run by the people who build Helm CONNECT, where you can get your hands on new features, ask the hard questions, and tell us what you think. No slides, no agenda, and no sitting still.
And when the day's done, we all gather for our signature evening event — great food, great company, and a little Helm magic. You'll see.
Day 2
Oct 21
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Day 2 belongs to you. Choose between three streams of sessions led by customers, partners, and industry experts — operators talking about real problems and what actually worked, not sales pitches.
This year you'll hear from teams at Curtin Maritime, Ingram Marine Group, KOTUG, Hornblower, Next Generation Logistics, Campbell Transportation Company, and more. Here's a sample of what's on deck:
What AI + Helm CONNECT can achieve
Winning bids using Helm CONNECT
Change management at scale
Attracting the next generation of maritime workers
Saving money with the Tank Barge Streamlined Inspection Program
Plus sessions on organizational change to a maintenance program, inventory pooling, maritime insurance, and plenty more.
After lunch it's the Unconference — you pick the topics, you drive the conversation. Jump between tables covering everything from implementation war stories to where the industry is heading. It's the most candid few hours of the week, and it's consistently one of the highest-rated parts of Helm Conference.
Day 3
Hands-on Helm Day
Oct 22
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
The third day of Helm Conference is a choose-your-own-adventure day.
Go deep on one module and walk out with your Certified Administrator Certification, or build your own schedule from our advanced sessions. Classes are capped at 20 people, so you get real time with the trainer. Bring your laptop — you'll be working in a live environment, not watching a slideshow. And be sure to visit the Lighthouse, where you can sit down with our experts to dive deeper into Helm CONNECT issues, workflows, or projects.
*Attendees must purchase the All-Access Pass to participate
